How to get listed on the directory™
Every registration and listing on the directory™ is reviewed manually by an editor. Here is how it works.
1. Sign in with Google
Open the Register page and choose Continue with Google. No new password is needed. We only receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google.
2. Complete your profile
Fill in your name, member type (agency, translator, interpreter, proofreader, interpreting-equipment provider or article writer), phone/WhatsApp, city, website and the languages you work with.
3. Wait for approval
Our editor receives an email notification and reviews your account, usually within 48 hours. You will receive an email once your account is approved.
4. Submit listings or articles
From your member dashboard, submit listings in these categories:
- Translation Agency
- Translator (including sworn translators)
- Interpreter (simultaneous, consecutive or remote)
- Proofreader
- Interpreting Equipment Rent & Sales
- Articles about translation
Each submission is reviewed again before it goes live. If changes are needed, you will receive the editor's notes by email and can resubmit from your dashboard.
5. Upgrade to Premium or Pro (optional)
Want to appear at the top of the homepage with a member badge? Apply for an upgrade from your dashboard. We will contact you with pricing and payment details and activate your badge once payment is confirmed. Compare plans on the Membership page.
Link types
- Free listing (Regular) — A verified listing in the category directory.
- Premium & Pro listings — Do-follow backlink, member badge and placement above Regular listings.
- Featured homepage link — Premium and Pro members appear in the “Premium & Pro members” section on the homepage.
What is a human-edited directory?
A human-edited directory is created and maintained by editors who decide which links deserve to be included and organise them into categories. Unlike automatic lists, every entry has been checked — which makes it more useful for people looking for translation services and a strong trust signal for search engines.
