This Privacy Policy explains how the directory™ (direktoripenerjemah.com) collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
Data we collect
When you sign in with Google: your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID. We never receive your Google password.
When you register and submit listings: the data you enter yourself, such as business name, phone/WhatsApp, city, website, languages, service description, logo or photo, and billing details if you apply for Premium/Pro membership.
When you contact us: your name, email and message.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, logged automatically by our hosting server for security.
How we use your data
- To create and manage your member account
- To review, approve and display your listings and articles
- To send email notifications (registration, listing and membership status)
- To process Premium/Pro membership requests
- To answer your questions
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse
What is shown publicly
Only the information you enter in a listing form (e.g. business name, description, city, public phone, public email, website, logo) is shown on the site after approval. Your Google account email, billing details and internal notes are not shown.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is only processed by:
- Google — for signing in (Google Sign-In)
- Our hosting and email providers — to store data and send emails
- Google AdSense — only if you accept advertising cookies (see our Cookie Policy)
Storage and security
Data is stored on our hosting server in folders that cannot be accessed from the internet. We keep data while your account is active or as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.

We use necessary cookies (sign-in session, language choice and cookie consent) and — only with your permission — statistics and advertising cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access and request a copy of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data (most of it directly from your member dashboard)
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Withdraw cookie consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site
