1. Definitions
- Site — direktoripenerjemah.com and all of its pages.
- We / Us — the operator of the directory™.
- Member — a user who registers with a Google account and has been approved by Us.
- Member Content — listings, profiles, articles, images and other information submitted by Members.
2. Member accounts
- Registration is done with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
- Every registration is reviewed and approved manually. We may refuse, suspend or delete accounts without having to give a reason, especially in case of false or misleading information or unlawful behaviour.
- Each person or business should hold only one account.
3. Member content
- You confirm that all information you submit is true, up to date and does not infringe the rights of others (including copyright and trademarks).
- Claims of sworn translator status must be provable with an official decree on request.
- You may not submit content that is hateful, pornographic, fraudulent, spam, malware or contains harmful links.
- By submitting content you grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, edit (for formatting and clarity) and translate that content on the Site.
- We may reject, edit or remove content at any time.
4. Premium and Pro membership
- Membership features and prices are described on the Membership page and confirmed by email before payment.
- A membership becomes active once payment is confirmed and runs for the chosen period.
- Payments received are non-refundable, unless We are unable to provide the promised service.
- If an account is suspended for breaching these Terms, the remaining membership period is not refunded.
5. Links to other websites
This Site contains links to third-party websites (for example member agencies' sites). We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, their content, privacy policies or practices.
6. Relationship with service providers
the directory™ is a directory, not a translation service provider. Any agreement, price and work result is a matter directly between you and the provider you choose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the Site, the information on it, or third-party services found through the Site. The Site is provided “as is”.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time via the contact page.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably wherever possible.
10. Language
These Terms are available in Indonesian and English. In case of any difference in interpretation, the Indonesian version prevails.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page.
